Sort the managers out especially at HATFIELD. They have a bully mindset like we are managers you are the worker we are above you kinda thing. Don't help you at all either. Ambient managers are the worst.

For delivery you get 45 minutes break apparently, but I have never had one. Hours are long 6am till finish and sometimes you can finish about 7pm. Worst place I have ever worked.

I didn't have an interview. Got invited in. Trained on till. Asked to work the next day and been there for 7 years now.
