Lazy staff, high workload & biased manager

Most of the staff are lazy and leave all the jobs to other people which means at some points you can be putting away stock, serving at tills, picking orders and covering reception all at the same time.

People get away with working 1 pallet a day because the area manager is their best mate and he does everything he can to protect them and then just - more... shafts the rest of us with their workload.

The workload is so unfairly distributed in this place it's a joke.
