The shifts is 12 hours and 2 30min breaks which are notified enough as 10 mins are wasted to go from the warehouse to the lockers and the canteen and then back to the lockers and back to the warehouse.

You get placed in a group of your choosing, either red or blue. If blue works on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, then red will work thursday, Friday and Saturday, with blue then taking over for Sunday and so on. This means you could be working 3 days total one week and 4 days total the next.
