Very cut throat, if you don't make the cut, you're out.... They give good incentives like days out etc... but you will always feel under fire to perform.

Having been here a number of years, I've recognised this isn't a typical rec agency. They reward well, and reward the right people too. Those who drive for results consistently will get them and so the business owners look to incentives them for this to drive business success. Occasionally there's events put on for everyone to have the chance to be recognised with short term activity too. So there is a balance. Great training programmes for those with little to no experience. Plenty of experienced people to learn from too. The turnover is lower than other agencies I've engaged with before. Has a family centric attitude too. Don't get me wrong, if you're behind on meeting your objectives you are expected to put it in to get them done. But if you're on top of things and pro-active in how you approach your work, you get a pretty decent work/life balance out of things here. Promotion opportunities are available. The management team is pretty stable though - that said progression into roles where you can lead resourcers is very much encouraged. They offer the typical trips abroad for the top performers, but do it twice a year. They also do whole office incentives which can have some pretty nice rewards including a day at the races in the Royal box - and day-trip to London to go to some pretty exclusive venues. Then there's the smaller incentives where you can win more holiday days, cash, lunches, etc. Overall, provided you're not someone who expects to be carried by other people to do your work for you, and you want the type of place where hard work - more...
Pros
Lots of incentives, training, great bunch of people and nice office vibe.
Cons
You've got to be the sort of person prepared to put the work in to get the rewards.

I did not enjoy working for the company. Not a great atmosphere. Not a great culture. Lots of people leaving. Enormous turnover. Felt under threat of losing job. Totally micro-managed.
