hard to progress
Assistant manager (Current Employee) –  erith30 March 2014
I do enjoy working for blue inc and i have progressed well over the years, but i feel as though it will be hard to me to progress further in the company.

Also i have been wanted to pursue a career in the finance industry for a while now and now i feel is the time for me to do that.

A plus side to the job is that it is quite easy to book time off, also I get along with all the staff very well.
Pros
easy to get time off
Cons
hard to progress in the company
