This really isn't the worst hospitality job you can have. Ive been working for Bistrot Pierre for 2 years as a bartender. In this time I have left once, for a job that offered more money, and came back within a month because the people and job in general is better. Wages (minimum wage in most cases) aren't the best for the long hours and lack of breaks - more... but tips can be very good. They're expanding very quickly as a company, now with a hotel to add to its name, so there is room for you to move up the career ladder. Lack of communication is the cause to most of its problems.
