Job Culture
Politically complicated which created an enviorment that was not stressful at times.
Most of my day was spent creating membership campaigns and working with the Membership Board. The workplace culture was very professional and I thoroughly enjoyed learning about fine art, museum management, and art history. I also was exposed to the value an art museum can be to the economic growth to a city like Birmingham.
Pros
Being able to enjoy museum lectures, meet a group of very influencial people of the city and work among an extrodorinary security staff.
Cons
Lack of communicationn between departments.
