Just the overwhelmingly busy days when you are trying to do three things at once so you can satisfy the customers. It can be hard, but once you get through it, you know you've done the best you can on delivering good customer service.
If I had any previous experience/ What hours I would like to work/ If I wanted to work in the restaurant or the bar... They generally tend to put you on a trial shift to see how well you cope and then will guide you through it and train you on things you don't know.
