You will be interviewed once, and then again with the person you’ll be supporting. Then they can string you along for months and months giving no start date and accumulating hundreds of hours owed.

It will depend on the team you are working with. Most of management are approachable.

It can be slow at times. You may have a general interview then be interviewed with the team leader from the team they fill you'd suit best. There is one induction per month so you may miss that depending on when you are interviewed as they have to wait for DBS and references. The interviews are easy going compared to other places.

7 weeks plus extra pay for average overtime and overnight

Shifts can be up to 24 hrs long. Others are much shorter. Work load can be horrendous.work to life balance not respected.
