My 2nd opportunity to work for Ben.org and although I have been away for a year Im delighted that the progressive changes within the organisation of which there have been many have not compromised the welcoming and supportive culture.

Anyone who joins Ben at this point in the organisation's evolution will benefit not only from good pay, great culture, - more... but also a brand new focus on learning and development which will provide colleagues with the skill and experience they need to be able to turn a job into a career. - less
ProsSupportive and welcoming culture that is devoid of any corporate politics
ConsYou need to to enjoy and embrace positive change and this isn't for everyone
