Challenging, No rewards for hard work, performance and loyalty

Culture change in the last 5 years has seen a high turnover of inexperienced staff that work there to make their CV impressive, and gain qualifications.
Once was a community based factory where the loyalty was there and the commitment to do the best possible job.
They are employing the wrong people with the wrong backgrounds, and they do not retain the educated, hard working people that have worked there for many years. Many hard working knowledgeable people have left in the past few years.
Many of the new Managers have not proved their abilities before gaining promotion and have a don't care attitude. Promotion based on personality and favouritism rather than ability to get the job done well has been prevalent, leaving a hand full of experienced managers carrying the can.
