I was contacted by an agency and asked if I could go in the same day for an interview. I was offered the job whilst at my interview so it happened very quick and I accepted the next day. I started as a temp as the previous PA who had left a few months before was still employed by Barratt.
Professionally dressed obviously.
Deflated, stressed out before leaving home
Manageable and very scripting but if your face don’t fit you’re not getting in. Sales director wants to see all females with a face full of make up and heels on.
Outside industry employee seem to do better
Annually, Management talks through and encourages staff to improve on their strengths and learn from their weaknesses.
