Best company out of the big care providors who look to employ the best staff, unfortunately providing care and support for vulnerable people is not easy. Helpline provided to staff, however the acceptance is that care is an emotionally draining job, those who are able to manage it are amazing people

Managers are bullied from the very top.
Then managers bully their staff.

The residents have always been made first priority but the staff are treated so poorly.

Altogether a very hostile environment where everyone tries to get each other in trouble.

They were always understaffed regarding care. Everyone seemed rushed and stressed. The residents would often be overlooked. The care staff were far more interested in their break times.
