The only in-store jobs that are paid a salary plus commission are in our Showroom departments. Showroom Sales Advisors and Showroom Lead Takers are commissionable. All other in-store jobs are salaried/paid by hourly rate. Commission is paid monthly.

Commission is only applicable to certain Showroom jobs, and does vary depending on amount of sale.

Hi, this wouldn't be a role that B&Q recruit for within our team.
It may be that our partner, Wincanton, recruit drivers for our Distribution Centres, but these roles would fall under Wincanton, and aren't on a B&Q contract.
