The only in-store jobs that are paid a salary plus commission are in our Showroom departments. Showroom Sales Advisors and Showroom Lead Takers are commissionable. All other in-store jobs are salaried/paid by hourly rate. Commission is paid monthly.

Your paid commission on the first Friday in December and if the store meets its target figure you get £1000.00 after tax deducted
