I did an online cv and within a few weeks i recieved a reply for an interview thw manager was friendly and welcoming and i started work at B&Q the following week all training given

It used to be that you would get telephone interview, followed by an in-store interview, then invited to an assessment day, but the assessment day has been dropped. Since then, the turnover of staff has been quite high.
