Being part of the management team myself, I would say it’s because of higher management in the shop picking on me and knowing that I’m not wanted, causing me to to have really bad headaches due to stress that bad I can’t work sometimes
By getting you're act together and creating a positive working environment with plenty of moral. No more extremely rude, ignorant, incompetent and arrogant people in management roles esp security level of professionalism was very low, you're workers and security run you're stores at the end of the day value you're team, take a minute to realise the sun doesn't shine out from behind you and lastly take a look at you're loss prevention management team and re evaluate. I'd never work nor recommend working with B&M to anyone.
Horrible. Get a 16 hour contract you could be given 8 hours, get a 28 hour contract could be given 25 but then some weeks they give you over 40 hours and still don’t expect you to take breaks. It’s a joke and not reliable
Firstly I applied online , a few days after I received a telephone call for a face to face interview. I received an email about the location of the interview and what the day would look like .
Interview day was a group interview( as it was a new store) we were then asked to be in groups then give a situation where we had to discuss what we would do.
After we were each taken into a room for a 1to1 , where they asked questions like
Why did u leave your last job?
Tell me about yourself?
How would your family and friends describe you?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Why B&m ?
The interview was easy going very relaxed .
