Great training at the vault,if I left I think it would be because I felt under valued.
Where to start?! Number one would have to be actually respect the people under you instead of treating them like used toilet roll. Pay more than minimum wage even if it's only a little more, they will find that people will be climbing over eachother to work for them. Train their staff in every aspect of the job role and health and safety, first aid etc. Stop choosing the brown nosing favourites and family members for the most hours and best shifts. Actually offer full time contracts instead of 4-8 hour ones. The list is endless, the whole company needs a complete overhaul in its management and shady practices. I've seen first hand and read other people's stories about how the company consistently breaks most laws on a daily basis with no concern for anyone or anything. They don't care, they're that big now that the billions, yes billions the company makes yearly will buy themselves out of any trouble. Corrupt, immoral and rotten to the core.

Be as flexible and honest as possible about your availability. The more open you are about what hours you can work your are more likely to get a job plus overtime. Be willing to learn and show your have the initiative to work with basic guidance
Guaranteed your contract hours however you will be expected and pressured into working more than this, no matter what agreement you have in place. Expect hours to change last minute with no notice and only knowing your rota a day before your week starts, one week at a time.

Firstly I applied online , a few days after I received a telephone call for a face to face interview. I received an email about the location of the interview and what the day would look like .
Interview day was a group interview( as it was a new store) we were then asked to be in groups then give a situation where we had to discuss what we would do.
After we were each taken into a room for a 1to1 , where they asked questions like
Why did u leave your last job?
Tell me about yourself?
How would your family and friends describe you?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Why B&m ?
The interview was easy going very relaxed .
