Warm colleagues but poor employee retention and pay
Healthcare Reporting - Actuarial Technician (Current Employee) – Eastleigh, Hampshire – 25 January 2015
I value my 7+ years in Aviva mainly due to the amazing people who I work with. There are also various role opportunities in which I have learned an awful lot. Work and life balance is very good.
However, Aviva is very poor at retaining experienced employees, having seen some very valuable people (in terms of skills and years of working in the company) left in the last few years.
Pay rise and salary are very poor too, in the last 7 years.
Amazing colleagues and managers
Poor pay rise and salary in general. Lack of job security.
