Treat people with respect, stop the bullying, listen to what people have to say. stop the disciplinaries for people making simple mistakes, we are human after all. use some common sense.stop giving employees warnings for time off, listen to why they where off and use some common sense and stop going by the "it set the system off so we have to be seen to do something"Answered 8 March 2020
