The area manager mr Towers was an excellent boss very kind and supportive

There were issues over car checks that caused me to fall out with drivers a#i am a perfectionist and do everything correctly and this took time
Pros
Great area manager
Cons
They need to change the manager at keynsham for instance mr towers would be great

If your face fits you’ll do great!
Collections Advisor (Former Employee) –  Peterlee, Durham30 November 2019
The place has gone down hill!! Unrealistic targets that no one can achieve. Don’t think you’ll come here and get a bonus every month, it won’t happen! The staff are miserable as they are under so much pressure. The job itself is extremely difficult to get your head around. You are really not appreciated for the amount of work you do on a daily basis. If you fit into the click you’ll do fine otherwise you’ll be pushed out!

Service delivery driver (Former Employee) –  Glasgow, Glasgow27 November 2019
Would not recommend working here ever. Management are backstabbers, slag each other off then back each other up when something goes wrong. Worst company ever and favouritism is there strong point. The manager of Glasgow thinks he is untouchable when in reality he needs knocked off that High horse hes on. God knows how he got up on it anyways the little fatty.

Fair company
Delivery car Driver (Current Employee) –  Boston30 October 2019
Auxillis are a good company if you don’t mind not having guaranteed hours but have always been fair to me working 46hrs on average per week. Downside is it had to work 7 weeks before I got my first wage

Customer Claims Advisor (Former Employee) –  Peterlee, Durham13 October 2019
Would be a nice place if certain people left and never came back. Job itself is made a lot harder due to poor management. Target driven company with little respect for the people at the very bottom.

Service Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  Glasgow, Glasgow16 September 2019
The job role on its own is good and your always kept going. You get a text the night before you start so you can’t actually plan anything around this they have favourites and your typical office bullies. The management above this isn’t any better either they have no discipline for staff who are completely out of line because they are the favourites.

I wouldn’t even work here if it was the last place on earth AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Bullying culture- no control over staff
Line Manager (Former Employee) –  Peterlee, Durham11 September 2019
The culture here is terrifying for such a large company. As a line manager I was regularly asked to find ways to get rid of people because OPS managers "did not like the look of them"- they have a no phone rule but staff regularly post photos of themselves in the office all over facebook and managers comment and laugh at this. Its very much who you know and the ops managers regularly bad mouth each other and colleagues in their very public meetings. Terrible for mental health
Cons
Hours change at very short notice, culture very mentally unhealthy

Blatant favouritism & horrible work culture
Service Delivery Driver (Current Employee) –  United Kingdom4 August 2019
You'll only succeed here if your face fits. The majority of the work is given to the same favoured drivers all of the time. Despite this, they have nothing good to say about the company or the person in charge who provides all this work for them. Existing, long established drivers are used to train the new recruits who then ironically get given even longer working hours than their trainer. If you're a hard worker but not in the click you'll be picked on, bitched about & be subjected to belittling & very personal, goading derogatory comments behind your back but also to your face. Unfortunately, you'll also discover that this type of behaviour has been perpetuated or even encouraged by your superior figure. This has to be the worst work place culture I have ever experienced & although the management are aware of this situation they choose to do nothing about it. This is no doubt because they themselves want to remain one of the lads or even wrongly feel that they're not on the appropriate pay grade to bother themselves with it. After all, if there's friction among the staff it takes the focus off the poor management & the company in general.
Pros
The job itself is very enjoyable minus the politics.
Cons
Blatant favouritism. Lies & deceit. More zero hours for some.
