Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee work, but this is the nature of contracting. However, we are super busy and always are and we work hard to keep our contractors in work 40+ hours a week, full time. We are growing at a rapid rate and have unfilled work coming out of our ears, meaning all of our contractors are always in work.
