assist service user up personal care etc...
assist to prepare breakfast and assist service user to clean flat
assist service user out in to the community to engage in daily activity .hardest part of the job was dealing with challenging behaviour every one dealt with it differently my choice to follow care plan but did not always work try to catch - more ... behaviour before escalates. enjoyable part leisure activities out in the community service user feeling part of the community and valued. - less
