  • Awful. Anybody struggling with difficult service users is made to feel as if it is their fault and they aren’t good enough for the role. Any suggestions towards improving an individuals care going forward are swiftly acknowledged then dismissed and the same ineffective care continues. The people who know the service users most have no say what so ever in how they are cared for. Senior management view care staff with disdain and unit team Team Leaders have no real power even though they try their utmost to improve the services provided. Senior management are almost omniscient in their lack of attendance to the units they actually run, despite making incredibly important decisions about the vulnerable adults under their care, whom they know nothing about. The mere fact that most people leave this company within n the first 2 months speaks more than I can ever say with words.

  • If other staff don’t want you there they move you to other units and bully you out of your job

  • TOXIC! Management have to enpathy and dont care about any of the staff, make staff feel worthless and any grievances against management dont bother because they will just make it that your the problem.

  • I've yet to meet someone I don't like at Autism Plus. Everyone is friendly and they want to get to know you.
