Was doing 60 hours a week first started doin 240 for the month was paid for 180!!!!. Then put on different payroll to a salary expected to still work 12, 11 hour shifts for a salary of 20,000. 6 days a week meant was workin for about a 5er an hour. Bully tactics used to get me into signin contract to be on salary, as after only 3 weeks was told they could not guarantee me 40 hours a week, new role new salary no new laptop or printer issued as told to fulfil role. Jus a cute clever tactic to utilise me cheaper for same work absolute scumbags

Answered 20 July 2020

Because of their negligence. They seem to be unable to complete very basic administrative work, failing their employees in their duties, as well as allowing bullying and harassment in the workplace. They make empty promises about career progression and emails bounce back from inboxes that don’t exist anymore. Very unprofessional, yet they expect minimum wage employees to go above and beyond, and they don’t even pay for agreed overtime. Don’t work for them.

It’s very hard to find the willpower to walk into the building knowing the day ahead will suck the life out of you. Since they took over the management where I work, staff morale is at its lowest. Five people will call in sick on the same day, the pay has been wrong for most employees since they came in and deliveries are never made on time or resources are taken from employees so orders can’t be placed, which makes the whole place a chaotic mess everyone wants to avoid. Stay well away from this company.
