Had to wait 3 months before I saw a wage slip then realised I was on BR tax. Always requested stock floor cleaner loo cleaner always had to wait a month. No communication sent texts giving holiday dates no confirmation from them so just took it. No proper training.

Worst company ever, Ran by bullies, facilitated by bigger bullies! Ezi tracker pays by the minute so if you clock out 1 min early you loose 15 as their system does not recognise 1 min... yeah as if. This was endorsed by Regional Management who don’t supply consumables as any saving for the company goes in the yearly bonus. I call it stealing!! No HR so don’t even think you can go there. Scotland retail side is ran by 2 bullies who clearly suffer from small man syndrome!
Do not pay wages on time at all under pay you all the time you don't get pay slips at all even when you request them ezi tracker is rubbish management are a joke they won't help and are stuck up

I used to work for this company and after 4 months of getting tuped over to them they lost the contract and made 13 officers redundant and many like myself got a call hours before before starting a shift telling us we are no longer needed.
Dont pay wages , never any cleaning stuff , supervisor always in holiday. This is tge worst company i have ever worked for and advise you to stay away.

I'm the fourth cleaner to walk out, did a grievance and nothing. Got worse had to hand my notice in. No help from the management at all. Very bad place to work.
Management was poor bad communication between area managers and other staff members. No proper training and expected a huge store to be cleaned within two hours Took a month to get a wage slip and had to ring around chasing it and my wages were wrong on the first pay day
I worked for a retail company in Notting for Servest they are awful on all levels got my first pay and was told I had worked for 30 vis ezi tracker phone in system actual pay was 28.75 hours spoento colleges about this and it seems to be common for them to miss hours out for whatever reason while I wa there and that wa for 2 weeks I was the cleaning supervisor I had reported to 3 people supposedly management the they seem to vanish without trace very strange would I recommend this company no stear clear at all costs

I would avoid this company at all costs, if like me you had no choice but to work for this company then Avoid, the management are nothing but pathological liars, they look at every possible way to get rid of you if your an employee who has TUPE over to this company.
The role I was in I used to love it until these took over and destroyed what was a good place to work
I have worked in this role for over 25 years and never came across such a poor company like this, hence why I left
