Usually a 2 stage process, first is a one on one with one of our Managers, usually fairly informal - more of a 'get to know you'
2nd stage involves coming into the office and meeting some of the team, so you get a good understanding of where and who you will be working with. You will meet with our Senior Management team and usually complete some form of assessment - I actually really enjoyed mine! You'll find out quickly if you get the job.
