just get an interview and tell them what they want to hear even if you’ve just been released it doesn’t matter
Don’t mention any other agency or past experiences because they will assume your over qualified and they will fear that
Just walk in and your on the books instantaneously
Ring for an appointment and try and turn up sober
Just turnup sober and watch your foul language
Contact our Talent Acquisition Manager, all the jobs are on our website - www.ata-recruitment.co.uk
Usually a 2 stage process, first is a one on one with one of our Managers, usually fairly informal - more of a 'get to know you'
2nd stage involves coming into the office and meeting some of the team, so you get a good understanding of where and who you will be working with. You will meet with our Senior Management team and usually complete some form of assessment - I actually really enjoyed mine! You'll find out quickly if you get the job.
Visit the website or contact the Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss your interest, she will then talk you through the opportunities available and requirements of the roles. If your considering moving into recruitment or looking for a new challenge ATA are waiting for your call.
