  • You keep quiet about it so not to embarrass yourself

  • Like I was intellectually challenged

  • Ashamed and embarrassed

  • They are genuine, they give you the tools you need to be successful and there is career progression here. A new MD has just joined the company with some exciting ideas and has introduced some changes internally in relation to flexible working hours, holiday allowance etc. The team are also great!

  • I have worked for a couple of recruitment companies before you say they will do things, but don't actually do them, whereas ATA do. From my first conversation with the internal recruitment manager, everything they promised me has been delivered. They also work in a really ethical way. The training is really good and there are always people on hand to help answer any questions as you settle into your role. The basic salary is also really good, as is the commission scheme.

Help jobseekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
