No company is perfect however with AT Management, as long as you put in the work you will always get the reward - it is that simple. It is quiet disheartening to read some of the comments on this page especially when this company is a company who gives people chances to do well but it is down to you if you want to do it. Alot of people go to ATM and expect to be paid for work they have clearly not done but that is not how it goes. I am an prime example of growth and progression within a company - I have had to put my head down and do the work in order to get rewarded - that simple

Wicked place to work, friendly staff - made some life long friends here, 5 star management team, lots of support, unbelievable pay, lots of money incentives and prizes to be won, high rewards for performance and regular breaks due to being at a desktop. I would strongly recommend AT as most sales companies treat their staff like s**t, AT are the best sales company I've ever worked for.

It's ok

With this job you really have to put your foot down, otherwise the managers will take advantage of you. They try and get you to work 24/7 and are more focused on the sales you make. the more sales = the better. I cant lie it is easy money to make, especially when you meet the targets and stuff. some of the managers are highly inconsiderate but there are a few nice ones. the building itself isn't a nice one. it's dirty, next to a nitty house and there's no actual staff room to eat your food. A lot of favouritism at the workplace, if you aren't one of the managers top pick's I feel sorry for you. you will have a difficult time.

This place was a second family, everyone working there are top class. The job wasn't easy but my days we're quick and never dull. Plus you don't have to work weekends!

All the staff are great, they are supportive, helpful and fun to be around. The pay was great, I loved working there especially as you didn't have to work weekends. The only downside was the hours which were not 9 - 5.
Would highly recommend for anyone happy with 10 - 7 hours.

Been working here for quite some time and have never had an issue, always get paid on time and earn over 3 grand a month after tax so for sitting on my a** and only working Monday to Friday you cant get much better than that, colleagues are really easy to get along with and there is a really good atmosphere top the place as well.

The call centre was a fun and friendly environment, I really enjoyed working here, I made a few really good friends and earned alot of money in the process. Management took time out from their own lives to give extra support in my weaker areas and offered further coaching so I could reach my goals

Alot of people come and go because they are not able for sales, they blame everybody else apart from themselves and then when they wonder why they dont get commision, maybe cause they didnt make any sales lol, iv always got paid more than I expect and have to say all the staff are A1

Absolutely disgusting company.
Horrible staff and the management team are dreadful. Threaten to sack you for not reaching sales although the data used has been rinsed constantly. fine you for not reaching targets? Don’t get paid the same wage monthly I’m sure the make it up and commission is a fantasy.

Awful company I’m convinced it’s illegal/laundering money from different company’s clients.

training was awful, being shown PowerPoints for a week to then sit and read from a script that no one followed because it didn’t work. Agents that are higher up have a way with words they trick vulnerable people into buying or swapping contracts for more money Management team are absolutely dreadful some days you’ll get sales some days you won’t but when you don’t they are disrespectful threaten your going to lose your job take away your lunch hour if you haven’t made enough sales in the morning. You get fined £20 If your minute late and more than that and the fine rises. Most of the clients on the phone are angry as the company have rang them numerous times for weeks.

I’m sure this company is illegal

DODGY COMPANY PLEASE AVOID!!!!

Every wage was different you never get your commission for sales. Some other agents are okay but most are very young rude and disrespectful.

Unprofessional management, shouting on the floor. They try to sell you a dream when no one have seen commissions , dreadful hours 10am till 7pm or even till 11pm , no overtime rate and you be treated as a dog . If you don’t make sales you are expected to work during your lunch break what’s not paid anyway.
They are selling Talktalk telecom broadbands , but company don’t offer staff discount on broadband it self . Also staff are forced to lie on phones sell 1mb or 0mb broadbands , to make a daily target .Talk talk should take this campaign away from this unreliable Company as even there is people working with criminal offences in management. I’ve worked for 5 months and I was the oldest employee their as all get fired within months because they raise issues with training and pay.

Dodgy,if you are not desperate for work don’t waste your nerves . Disgusted and haven’t been paid right any month . Also got my tax year falsified as they can’t send right information to HMRC.

My personal advice is stay clear, if you want a happy life.

Worst place you could possibly work. Little to NO "training", constantly being belittled for not begging able to do your job, and told to remember your "training". When you highlight this, they look at you gone out as if you're lieing to them. Hardly anyone ever gets paid right, or even gets their commision paid ontime or correctly. You have to lie through your teeth when on calls to get the sale. I would never recommened this place to anyone. The sack you on a whim at any point in the day, with no warning, they have even stooped as low as sacking people then begging them to come back when they realise they don't have enough staff to take calls.

Worked here and it was awful, the hours were ridiculous, management thought they could take away your breaks and lunches, which by the way, you are legally entitled to if you are constantly using a desktop, and if you didn't lick a hole, you sure as heck wouldn't progress anywhere or be repeatedly stuck doing late shifts every single week. Leaders would constantly pressure you into doing overtime, which most of the time you didn't even get paid for. No coaching or contracts for FOUR MONTHS and for every human error you would get penalisation and ridiculous fines, yet what the company don't realise is they never bothered to train you how to objection handle etc in the first place. Non stop drama, gossip, typical call centre culture, rumours around certain leaders and agents "suc king off" the higher ups to get to the position where they are, which isn't really surprising considering how useless they were at their job. Some of the higher ups would talk to you like you're absolute dirt when trying to "give feedback" or just give you filthy looks in general if you weren't getting 100% all the time. Biggest pain in the a hole was constantly getting underpaid with management acknowledging this saying "you'll get paid Monday" etc and when Monday comes around "sorry some processing error ill chase it up, wait another week." And thus that is how they end up owing you a lot of money which you have to constantly to chase up in the hopes of ever receiving it. If you don't want to be miserable, underpaid with more than 40 hours of your week gone at a pointless, dead end job, skip on this  more... one. The building and office is run down, heck even the toilets are disgusting, with homeless constantly shooting up round the corner of the building or in the car park. You can do better.  less

I used to work the 10 - 7 shift on the phone, it was not my first role in telesales but very similar to other call centres that I have worked in. They have music playing all day which is great for maintaining the energy. The pay is definitely above average, flexible working hours would have been great tho

Worst company to work for a lot of doggy business going in the work place all managers are unprofessional and managers under the age of 25 don’t know what they doing they never honest and also play around with your commissions and your incentives and board are never paid cold calling customers with incorrect details lying about the fact the broadband is up for renewal no security in the business also they do not give you your legal requirement ( if you work more than 6 hours legally required 20 min unpaid break they have a rule of no sale no break that’s shocking) no balance of work and social in fact if you work there you have no life and social life feels like working 12 hours a day even though its 10-7 shift guys they don’t care about your health and wellbeing all they care about is sales and number if you’re on a bad data your day goes slow and if you’re on good data days ok however they disclaim everyone is on the same data that’s not true miss advertise the job role too

Over all do not work there waste of time no progression

From interview can tell its a bad place to work, was pitched as sales role, but advertised as customer services, get you through the door with false job description, managers looked like crooks, little tarts running round the building people smoking in door way, bad smell in office and call centre.

was offered job turned it down as would rarther look for something better in a better company, look at the bad reviews, only one is good and that must be written by one of the creepy managers who work there.

Your lucky if you will make any commission at this place. Your only a number to the Buisness, if your not selling they will not hesitate to sack you on the spot. No support is available. The managers are unprofessional, don’t support their agents, the managers and people above only care about you when you are making sales because if your making sales it means more money for them. Was a good place to work at but now the company is going downhill.

The only upside is the pay, but if care about youre well being and happiness avoid AT Management. Too much drama with relationships causing a bad vibe around the whole sales floor. Managers think that they are gods and there is no professionalism within the company. Sorry to say that they have to be one of the worst companies to work for.
