Working there has brought me experience in how to do customer service and how to work in a busy environment.
Waitressing (Current Employee) –  Birmingham, ENG28 September 2015
Fun work place but stern mangement as they are a well known business and have a reputation to keep. Polite and considerate but entail good discipline. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with my colleagues as we work well together and also communicate well together. The hardest part of the job is when the room becomes crowded and busy. It is difficult to serve irritible customers but when I work at a decent past they become happier. The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to interact with the customers.
Pros
Free lunches, decent break
Cons
carrying heavy trays

During a usual day working at Aston Villa you get to know the people you are working with because you usually stay in the same kiosk

You gain experience of working with different type of customers and dealing with long orders so you are always on your feet doing more than one thing at any time

My best part of working is that I am gaining knowledge of the business world
My worst part is the different types of customers that you will be dealing with
I have learned how to use a electric cash till
My co-workers and supervisor are great workers and good to get along with
Pros
short hours
Cons
not enough hours
