Car Park Supervisor (Current Employee) – Birmingham – 27 February 2018
Hope to be there for a few more years, I enjoy the atmosphere here especially on match day & function because you meet so many different people here. I have work a few roles here from steward to security, I can’t wait to see what next season brings.
Working there has brought me experience in how to do customer service and how to work in a busy environment.
Waitressing (Current Employee) – Birmingham, ENG – 28 September 2015
Fun work place but stern mangement as they are a well known business and have a reputation to keep. Polite and considerate but entail good discipline. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with my colleagues as we work well together and also communicate well together. The hardest part of the job is when the room becomes crowded and busy. It is difficult to serve irritible customers but when I work at a decent past they become happier. The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to interact with the customers.

During a usual day working at Aston Villa you get to know the people you are working with because you usually stay in the same kiosk
You gain experience of working with different type of customers and dealing with long orders so you are always on your feet doing more than one thing at any time
