In my interview it was- Introductions of staff that attended. You then introduce each other in a small 'getting to know each other' task. Quick small group tour of warehouse and shop floor. Then small group task. If you're successful you'll be asked back for a 10 minute 121 interview and introduced to a colleague/buddy that you will spend about 15-20 minutes with who will give you a brief tour, explain how the store works and answer any questions. =)
