Under staff, have to do 2-4 ppls work, managers are very rude on shop floor and it all depends if your face fits. training is less than 5 min long and if your not trained or not you still do the job. I always asked for overtime because I cant live on that wage and all they said no because they are on budget. etc etc etc

In my interview it was- Introductions of staff that attended. You then introduce each other in a small 'getting to know each other' task. Quick small group tour of warehouse and shop floor. Then small group task. If you're successful you'll be asked back for a 10 minute 121 interview and introduced to a colleague/buddy that you will spend about 15-20 minutes with who will give you a brief tour, explain how the store works and answer any questions. =)
