It depends what client project you work on. My friend works for one of the fashion brands and gets 50% discount. The other works on the DIY project and gets 20% discount. But the whole company benefits from the Perk box discount scheme, which is quite good.
I've applied for the same job advertised 15 times never replied to never asked for a interview totally ignored, considering I've got 18yrs experience I'd expect a interview but I apply via indeed and via cv via email on their website.... Ignored.... Ironic really
Yes, its pretty standard. Don't be late or have multiple absences and you'll be fine. Once you've passed your 3 month probation you'll get access to the benefits everyone else does
Stop hiring 20 year olds for managers get rid of the coke dealers you have doing floor walking corrupting the learning staff straight from the start. and also for a minimum wage job a mon to friday position shouldnt be much of an ask because it needs to meet business and client requirements , theres alot part time mums and college students that work here give them the weekends and let people who do full time have controll of there life as the jobs stressed me out and in not looking forward to going back to see if the place has got worse during covid
No organisation. Shifts apparently can be changed once you've already started working them. Only for another member of staff to call you and attempt to defend it. Degrading staff in front if the entire call floor.
