When delivery arrived I placed stock into location as a suitable fit and voiced it into the headset to the system via voice recognition software. Quite often we were given a pick, which was usually for fast track collection, this was sometimes annoying as some of the computer speech of the phonetic language was difficult to understand. The management were amazing AC worked all sorts of hours and when under pressure KL worked really late. The most enjoyable part of the job was the camaraderie amongst the workforce.
One of my favourite careers I’ve maintained - would’ve still been working for the company if our location wasn’t shut down. Such an amazing team who cared about each and every employee as well as being professional
