I have worked for Argos for 6 years. Started when I was 16 as a Customer Advisor and I am now a Team Leader.
Overall, the job is a good one. Keeps you busy throughout the day and there is always something to do (if you are proactive). With most stores having a very relaxed workplace, it makes for a much more enjoyable environment to work in than many - more... other retail stores.
Shift patterns vary and can be frustrating if you prefer a routine but ideal if need flexibility.
