Management are put under a tremendous amount of pressure and this unfortunately will lead to backlashes on their staff, who they don't have a lot of time for.

Basically there are 2 teams the actual staff and the management team. management think there politicians and tend to conduct them self as such, To many egos and promises and not enough work
