A lot of employees live hand to mouth which means if they are injured or of ill health they are pretty much forced to come to work to survive. Accidents waiting to happen and if they do AO/ Expert Logistics always have a "get out of jail free card", and don't want to know. You do not get sick leave of any shape or form, period.

Stop employees from trying to complete jobs that goes totally against Health and Safety regulations of what is a safe weight capacity of one person to lift. It is certainly not 60 to 80 kilo's up stairways.

The company cannot hire 7.5t drivers for love nor money, Regardless of your background, convictions or other untowards . If you can drive a wagon then you are hired. The company is totally money orientated.

There is no interview, it is a debrief and when can you start. No back ground checks ,,,,nothing.

I would give all employees a better contract with paid holidays, scrap zero hours contract and totally stop this stupid unlawful billing, charges and fines.
