More information gathering than a genuine interview. Very easy - no real possibility of them not employing you.

The interview and vetting process is pretty extensive.They provide you a large application form to fill in before you go in for interview.

Really good, you choose where you want to work essentially, you do have to be quick in replying though or someone else will fill the shift!

The first time working in a new home can be stressful, but after a while you realise that all homes are pretty similar in how they're run. The main difficulties are learning about the new patients and staff names. Usually in most cases the staff are very helpful, which makes it easier.

No to both, and there can be a considerable amount of travelling involved. I was sent on one placement which involved a round trip of over eighty miles, and they wanted me to do it on an ongoing basis. It's just not sustainable on this sort of money.
