Be aware of managers making pre-preemptive strikes on staff on probation they consider a threat to their poor standards, their 'working relationships' and the status quo. Investigate incidents surrounding dismissals thoroughly and without prejudice.

26th each month when it falls on weekday. Before that when it falls on weekend. So let's say 26th would be Saturday. You'd get paid on Friday already. They are currently changing system of paying overtime, so that'll take time until they get it right. It's down to management of each home to sort staff's issues out, can't judge whole company for it..

NVQ Care Assistants will get paid minimum wage (it goes up after you have gained an NVQ qualification), and Teamleaders I believe they get around £10 an hour
