Written by Care Assistant (Current Employee) from London, Greater London on 15 April 2018
The poor pay is bad enough but that new staff don't get any enhancement for working bank holidays is disgusting. You end up with 2 people working together doing the same job on different levels of pay. And why? Because of Anchors greed. Because of things like this and the way staff are treated and ignored staff turnover is massive despite them taking - more ... anyone who walks through the door no matter how obvious it is they are unsuited.

ProsRewarding job
ConsLow pay. No sick pay.
