Stop targeting old and vulnerable people over the phones to make your money.
If i was in charge I would encourage the staff to tell eachother how fantastic they are. The management are good are sharing praise - but sometimes a colleague to colleague can share the praise a little more.
Open an office in every county so we can all be part of this!
Sack the manager off that is totally sycophantic runs around shouting and swearing when people are on the phone generally treats you like a peace of rubbish but when your doing OK she 6ft up your butt she Total nut job
Build consistency and trest everyone fairly, not just hire and fire like they are doing at the moment

Let staff know what exactly what their bonus is at least 3 days before they receive it and provide a monthly document which details the payable sales and cancellations for each sales person, At the very least some form of payslip for the bonus's would be good. Other than that the company is absolutely fantastic.
