A controlling Monastic Community
Driver (Current Employee) –  York, ENG25 August 2014
This is a workplace that is treat with strong biased core values. Support staff have Benedictine Core Values drilled into them regularly. These core values are supposed to provide better working conditions for ALL of the staff but it seems HR only apply these values as and when they see fit and with whom they see fit to!
Pros
Free breakfast, lunch and evening meals
Cons
Very long hours, and regular weekend work

A good place to work where you are always busy and treated equally as a member of staff. Completed my Apprenticeship in Horticulture here.
