Couple of stages including telephone interview and face to face.

Interview process is dependant on position being applied for. Our sales advisors will be screened centrally and then complete a competency based interview with the store manager. Management positions are slightly different as these will include a telephone interview with someone from the recruitment team followed by a competency based interview with the regional manager.
