Great mission but staff don't stay

Worked there for 10 months as a Teaching and Behavior Support.

You work 8.45 - 17.00 with a 50 min lunch break. You will work 5 shifts of 1h with different children. Some sessions are classroom based, others are solo and give you a chance to work one to one.

I have increased my knowledge of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and gotten more confident - more... in dealing with Challenging Behavior.

The staff who work there are really devoted to the kids and helpful to each other. Regular team meetings help to get feedback, give input and make information go around.
