Due to the fact there is no job progressions pretty much dead-end job, and they lie saying that they are opportunities but rather give it to someone that's outside of amazon (nobody) to the job, plus giving to less than 3 months on green badge(temp) associate than a person that's blue badge(perm) with +years stuck as a tier 1.... if they take a disliking to you well they just keep you as a tier 1 for rest of your life until you leave pretty much , forcing you out.. to look else where.

Not enough hours at my site. Was Agency then converted to Amazon employee after 1yr. I enjoyed my time working there - I just needed to earn more.

Amazon engaged a very bad recruitment Agency (PMP) which does not allow Amazon to employ permanently. The so-called Agency(PMP) just recruit people on tem. bases for about1 and half month kick them off, bring in another. By so doing the make more money on Amazon and on people they recruit on their temp basess.

Work in silence for 10 hours in a cage picking from a robot after a while can start to mess with your head. Very repetitive job.
