Revolving door policy with dissatisfied employees.
Managers lack the ability to provide a positive attitude, prioritization, competence, empathy, accountability, honesty and patience
Hearing from others, the company is heavy on top with very little trickling down to the soldiers on the ground
Employees are all reasonable but fear mongering from managers
Bad mouthing of existing colleagues and past colleagues
No unity of spirit, goals direction etc
Managers taking advantage of their position to bully employees
Management and Founder are not aligned
Fruit, free coffee and tea
Frequent change and lack of focus of short term goals and long term goals
