Absolute profit driven. . Man management abysmal . Younger staff members treated like skivvies. And if they complain!!!. The company motto should not be "we ll look after you" but we look after ourselves first. All care workers should be in a union then companies may think twice about treating their staff with contempt . .

Actually listen and unstand to their concerns and try to meet in the middle and work things out and consider their opinion and value to the business instead of moaning, being rude and being manipulate/ black mailed or threatening to sack them. That would be a start.
Also re train staff despite them being their for ages and train up office staff
, carers and manager.
Don't give anyone a job if they do not having a careing nature and think it is just a job as every life matters despite any differences.
They should be able to communicate respectfully towards staff and carers and work within a team instead of talking behind people's backs.

Because the people that are not supporting, they treat you like dirt, work you all the time.

They give you a contract after probationary period. Don't fall ill and take a day off though or you'll get your whole weeks shifts taken from you and not a penny pay. Great reward for being sick!!!

They are able to open their wage slips via their celltek phone which is provided by Allied Healthcare this would be explained to them when they join, or the office can print one off for them from their computers
