84% non british goods
most of the rest is from agri companies (like tyrells) which DO NOT employ British ... .its anti british
no full time employees except managers!- most of them are beneficiaries!

Aldi has different interview processes I think depending on your qualifications. My interview process consisted of having an individual assessment with the area manager, passing that then going in for a “store experience.” I know someone who had to go to a group interview.

I spent hours preparing for an Aldi interview finding out the history etc just to be asked what I like to do and that’s it. They did give me a five minute maths test I had to complete during the individiual assessment which was similar to the one that you have to complete online when you apply.
