This is a interview even tho when they email you they say can you come in for a assesmentits only when you arrive you realise it's a interview as it says in the waiting room,WHy Aldi can't be more clear is odd!! Very baffling for a up n coming company!!!

Morning, day or evening. If you're on a late shift then you will not be asked to do a morning. 11 hour rest period is honoured. Mornings start at 5 or 7 on a Sunday. Late shift finishes at 10:30 (if you're lucky). 10 hours is the max you can work a day.
