Speak to all staff with respect regardless of wether they areally in your "click"or not,and do not talk about other staff in a derogatory way in front of or too other store assistants.

From what I have read stop being greedy and focus on axle where the wheel spins.
Staff training, discounts and longer breaks would give the store a better reputation and establish a stronger more loyal team. You can't flog a dead horse!

Have 2 x 30min minute breaks instead of just 1, selector order picking is intense and very hard on the body 1 x 30min break is not enough to recover and feel human. 1 break every 3 hours is good.

Stop setting such absurd targets for work to be done, 15 minutes to work a palette is not acceptable for any amount of pay.
Yes, you are giving us a better working wage than most, no that does not mean you get to treat your staff like dirt, this is why they will leave you every time.

To treat staff with respect and to ensure that all staff that work with in
your company are happy and friendly atmosphere because if you have a happy environment it will it means it will make customers will feel welcomed at your store means they will return to your store
