Most contracts are 30 hours but you can do more or less. Some shifts can be very long and some can be as little as 4 hours. Longest shift you should do is 10 hours. Rotas vary week to week but it all should work out to your contracted hours. Only exception is christmas month.

Rubbish for any form of family life, store managers friends will always get better shifts.

The working hours were fine when i started doing 48+ hours a week which then gradually went down to 18 hours a week this is the main reason for me leaving this job.
